{ Booooya!!!!} New Year Resolution

Happy new year my friend!!!
Have you got your new year resolution yet? Here is my new year resolution, simple and essential, nothing fancy. Even most of them on the list is already my year in 2013 but keep them active is another challenge. We are getting old every single day so we should treasure what we still have in our palms and live at present!! Don't be scare what you are afraid of and just do it cause you will never know what's gonna happen next. I sincerely wish  every one I love has a fantastic new year eve and joyful year all around in 2014!!!!

{ Sketchbook } Casablanca (or wine) inspired drawing...

Hi every one! Have you come across a creative that suddenly boost all the inspiration after having a few sips of magical juice? I hope you know what I am talking about, if not, please stay innocent, thank you. I know I shouldn't say this, it's a very bad, very bad example, but somehow I wish I could know that I am not alone. I have never tried to abuse alcohol but I probably can describe myself as art-uptight sort of person. When I have a teeny-tiny thought about something might not work in my head, I will not even start it. Sometimes when I feel more relax and ideas just like whirlwind coming from everywhere! I know, I know, I am hearing you, this is such a horrible excuse! Guess that's why I started this blog and I wish this would be my conscience cricket who will whip me to create more works. So this is a drawing I finished the other night while I was sipping a glass of Pinot Noir.  Well, we should live a little sometimes, shouldn't we? (wink)

I watched this film Casablanca after I finished reading the comic book Sailor Moon's special edition. I am not quite sure about how many of you know about this classic (at least to me) comic book and the creator got inspired by this beautiful old film then made this book lovely yet full of sorrow. It's about the cat( Sailor Moon's campaign, Luna) fell in love with an astronaut-to-be who has cancer, I was crying the whole time while reading this book and I decided to find this original film after that. It's a great film which has addressed how beautiful and inevitable to embrace the imperfect ending in life. I guess the little Pinot Noir also arose the good old memories of my adolescence very well...

Anyway, I might talk about too much nonsense, but I do hope you guys have a fantastic and creative weekend!
